We rise together through creativity, culture, connection and community care. The Banana Collective VA is where vision becomes movement - where we reconnect, heal, build and remember who we truly are. Our spaces uplift our people, helping restore wellness, purpose, creativity and connection.
The Banana Collective VA is a community-rooted ecosystem of creativity, education, economic empowerment, cultural expression, storytelling/documentaries and mentorship. We provide healing spaces and practical tools designed to support the whole person - mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially.
We serve our people with purpose - creatives, families, youth, elders, veterans, educators, and small business owners - each holding a vital place within our shared circled.
Our founder is a 100% Disabled Veteran with over 25 years of federal service. Service is not just what we’ve done, it is who we are. Serving our community is a continuation of that mission, held with honor, integrity and deep love for the people.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves sage learning environments, emotional support, cultural recognition and opportunities that help them thrive mentally, spiritually, socially and academically.
We are not waiting for”someone else” to fix what’s broken in our systems.
